The Community Council meets a number of times each year and holds an
AGM each year as well as preparing income and expenditure accounts.
Records of all these activities are public documents and the three pages shown in the menu on the left give access to all those documents which are in the archives of the Gavinton, Fogo & polwarth Community Council.
Unfortunately, a few items have not, yet, been located. If you have a copy of any missing documents, please contact the Secretary to enable the council to complete its archives.
